2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person
  • Use automated tools to submit votes or stories
  • Submit content that is defamatory, misleading, or unlawful
  • Attempt to manipulate voting results

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

3. Vote Disclaimer

Votes on The Pub Test are informal community sentiment and do not constitute official polls, surveys, or electoral activity. Results should not be interpreted as representative of broader public opinion.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a news article link, you represent that the content is from a legitimate news source. We do not claim ownership of linked content. We may remove submissions at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Pub Test is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
